The specifics
How dormant listings stay private
A dormant listing never appears in public browsing and its page is only accessible to you. It surfaces to a buyer only when their registered interest matches it — and only after you approve that match.
What an Expression of Interest is — and isn't
An indicative price and conditions sent to the seller. It is not an offer capable of acceptance, no deposit is taken, and it creates no legal obligation. A contract exists only when you sign one off-platform with your conveyancer.
Who holds your data, and where
Your account and listing data lives in a PostgreSQL database run by Neon in Sydney (AWS ap-southeast-2), and the site is served from Sydney on Vercel. We never sell personal information, and no one sees your details until you choose to connect.
