Sellers see only your general budget range and suburb interest area until you choose to share more. Buyers see only property location and features until the seller approves contact.

Your data is stored securely in Australia and the United States using industry-standard encryption and access controls. We use Neon (PostgreSQL) for database storage and Vercel for hosting.

We use session cookies for authentication and essential platform functionality. We do not use third-party advertising cookies.
