How we make money

Public listings
A one-off $149 when a seller chooses to make a listing public and browsable. Dormant listings are always free.
Referral partners
When you ask us to, we introduce you to a conveyancer, mortgage broker or building & pest inspector. They pay us a referral fee. It never increases your cost, and you're free to use anyone you like.
That's it
No commission, no success fee, no percentage of your sale.
