The seller platform success fee for confirmed sales is being finalised and will be published before ClosedDoor opens to the public. Sellers will always see the exact fee before confirming a sale.

Unlock a lead for $49
Pay $49 to reveal a specific buyer's full contact details. One payment, one buyer. The buyer is notified you've expressed interest.
$3,000 on successful close
When the deal is confirmed through ClosedDoor, a $3,000 sourcing fee is payable to the platform. Nothing else.
All prices are in AUD and inclusive of GST where applicable. Success fees apply only to transactions confirmed through the ClosedDoor platform.
