Get matched to listings
Our engine scans listings and dormant properties in your suburbs. When a seller's property matches your criteria, you receive a match notification. No spam, no cold calls.
Connect and send an EOI
Start a private conversation with the seller. Exchange details, ask questions, and send an Expression of Interest. When you're ready, we'll refer a conveyancer to handle the contract.
For Sellers
Sell on your terms, privately
List your property
Add your property with basic details — suburb, property type, and your asking price. Choose Public (visible to all buyers) or Dormant (hidden until you approve each match).
Review your matches
When a buyer's interests match your listing, you'll see their profile and budget range. For dormant listings, you decide who to accept or decline — total control.
