For Agents
When a buyer and seller are in conversation on ClosedDoor, they can invite a licensed agent to help close the deal. The agent reviews the opportunity and accepts or declines from their dashboard.
If the property sells through the platform, the agent pays a 1.5% sourcing fee of the sale price — invoiced after admin verification. No subscriptions, no upfront cost. You only pay on success.
